Coastline Dental Trade uses the information you provide to assess and respond to your dental sourcing inquiry. This website is for business purchasing inquiries, not patient care.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, email address, destination market, optional company name, and your sourcing question. Please do not include patient records, payment-card details, passwords or confidential third-party documents.
How your information is used
We store your inquiry so the sourcing desk can review it and contact you. Sending an inquiry requests a response about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If supplier coordination is needed, we will discuss what information needs to be shared.
Storage and service providers
This website and its inquiry storage use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. The business operator can access inquiry records. Email or phone service providers will process communications made through those services once enabled.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the sourcing form and quoting your inquiry reference. Records are kept while necessary to handle your request and related business or legal requirements.
